Saturday Strength

Come and start the weekend strong!

A circuit inspired style of class. Following Pilates principles, we'll work through a series of functional exercises using bodyweight + resistance bands.

Slower than a traditional circuit style workout, the repetition allows you time to practice the movement and focus on technique. A great workout that leaves you feeling energised and aligned for the day ahead.

Bring your own mat (or reserve one), all other kit provided.

RESTORE - FULLY BOOKED

When: Sunday 29th December 9:30-11:45am

The “in between” Christmas and New Years is an odd time, is time blurring or standing still? We’ll never know… This event aims to be a little centre of calm for the “in between”, space and time for you to rejuvenate and restore. 

What: a 90 minute extended class of Pilates and Yoga with plenty of time after to catch up over tea and sweet treats.

Together we will work through a series of strengthening Pilates exercises aiming to build heat and improve circulation (approx 55 mins), moving into a restorative Yoga practice of gentle stretches and guided relaxation, aiming to find some peace, calm and leave you feeling rejuvenated (approx 35 mins). 

We’ll have a good catch up afterwards with some sweet treats* - made by the amazing Hilly’s tea shop in Shere - and a cup (or two) of tea. *GF and Vegan options 

Mixed levels. Bring your own mat (or reserve a mat if you need one, numbers limited), a blanket and cosy socks. All other kit provided. 

Where: Holmbury St Mary Village Hall (plenty of free parking available outside of the hall)

Cost: £32. Booking essential (contact via email). Confirmation email following payment will be sent with any additional information for the morning.
