Pilates: Saturday Strength
Come and start the weekend strong!
A circuit inspired style of class. Following Pilates principles, we'll work through a series of functional exercises using bodyweight + resistance bands.
Slower than a HIIT style workout, the repetition allows you time to practice the movement and focus on technique. A great workout that leaves you feeling energised and aligned for the day ahead.
This is a monthly pop up style class in either Shere Hall or Holmbury St Mary village hall.
Bring your own mat (or reserve one), all other kit provided.
