Pilates: Saturday Strength

Come and start the weekend strong!

A circuit inspired style of class. Following Pilates principles, we'll work through a series of functional exercises using bodyweight + resistance bands. A great workout that leaves you feeling energised and aligned for the day ahead. 

This is a monthly pop up style class in either Holmbury or Shere hall.

Bring your own mat (or reserve one), all other kit provided.
